Terms of Use

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, HyperSnatch grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the Software on a single machine. The Founders License includes all v1.x feature updates at no additional cost.

2. Permitted Use

The Software is provided strictly as a static analysis utility for evaluating publicly accessible markup. You may use the Software to:

• Parse and analyze HTML files and HAR logs you have lawful access to
• Generate structured evidence reports for professional use
• Export analysis results in CSV, JSON, or PDF formats
• Operate the Software in airgapped or restricted network environments

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The User is solely responsible for ensuring they possess the right to analyze the provided input data and interact with any surfaced endpoints. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Software to circumvent technological protection measures (e.g., DRM, token-based authentication, paywalls)
• Using the Software to access, scrape, or download content you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software
• Redistributing, sublicensing, or reselling the Software or any license keys
• Modifying the Software and distributing the modified version commercially

4. Non-Circumvention Clause

The Software does not perform and is not designed to perform any circumvention of technological measures (e.g., DRM, token-based authentication). The User agrees not to utilize the Software to bypass authorization mechanisms. Any attempt to use the Software for circumvention purposes constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in license revocation without refund.

5. Refund Policy — 14-Day Deterministic Guarantee

We guarantee the deterministic nature of our static analysis. If HyperSnatch fails to reliably integrate into your local pipeline architecture or does not comport with its offline-first design promises, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund.

6. Data Privacy

HyperSnatch does not collect, transmit, or store any user data, analysis results, or usage metrics. The application requires a brief internet connection solely for cryptographic license verification. All analysis operations are performed locally on your hardware.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE.
